The Clinical Establishments Act, the act of the Parliament of India, seeks to regulate clinical establishments in India. The Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Bill, 2010 got introduced first in the Lok Sabha on April 15, 2010. Introduced by Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad, who was the Minister of Health and Family Welfare.
